Color Me Happy . . . It’s Stampin’ Blends Day!

Yes, it’s Stampin’ Blends day!  You can color me happy because I’m so excited to let you know that they are here and available for purchase starting today, November 1st!  As a demonstrator, I’ve had the early opportunity to give them a try and I want to let you know that they are splendid!  (Coming from a person that rarely chooses to color, that says a lot!)  I’m excited for you to use them and see my first project, too!  Please read on!

First of all, Stampin’ Up! shares some features and benefits of the NEW Stampin’ Blends . . . check them out in this video!

In conclusion, after using them, here are several reasons I like the NEW Stampin’ Blends and I think you will too:

  • First and foremost, they are super easy to use!  (I love that there are only two markers in a combo set, a light and a dark of the same color, which makes shading oh so easy!)
  • Second, the outcome is amazing with not a lot of time invested.  That’s super important to me!
  • I love that you can purchase them individually as well as in combo packs of two and even in a complete set of 26 with the Color Lifter . . . choose what works best for you!  (Of course, I’ll tell you that the BEST VALUE is to purchase them all at once along with the NEW Color Me Happy Bundle and you’ll earn Stampin’ Rewards . . . a minimum of $15 FREE product!)
  • The Color Lifter really works!  (It’s really more of a color pusher as it pushes the color back inside the lines when you go out!)
  • Most noteworthy . . . coloring is thoroughly therapeutic when you give yourself permission to sit and do it!  Ask me how I know!

Finally, my first Stampin’ Blends project!  This card was soooooo much fun to make!  I loved not only the process, but also the outcome!  The rose image from the Graceful Garden stamp set gives me plenty of structure (detail) for coloring and shading, but not too much!  And oh how it coordinates with the Petal Garden Designer Series Paper Stack!  Don’t you just love it?
